Not long ago, I learned that the determination 
of just one person 
can make a big difference in a community. I loved so much the challenge of this idea that without thinking twice I jumped on this project.
Nevertheless, because a community is not built up by just one person; in order to achieve this dream, I would need from your help. You may think that perhaps my dream is too big, but I am 
convinced that if we all work together we can do this. Your artistic vision and/or physical help is our key of success.
This project is yours, THE ARTISTS. Different sectors of our federal and provincial government are interested in effective ideas of how to expand the west side of the country and revitalize our area. This is your chance to perhaps get a place to exhibit your works that you can all call, mine.
I am just here to kindle the fire in memory of my aunt and uncle who were both artists and whom for years I saw struggling 
to survive.
Let’s go, jump aboard and join the team. We need to put all our heads together in the creation of something so spectacular that people from all over the world would like to see.
Our UNION is the key of success. Discrimination, conflict of interest, preferences, and jury would not have place in this project. This is an artist association and belongs to artists alone.
How can I state all these things? For fifteen years I have worked in a place like this and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
